What this notice covers

This notice covers Adventures public pages, contact requests, accounts and play. It explains the current service, including saved stories and support records. The corporate marketing-site notice has a separate scope.

Accounts and play

Account setup records your identity, email, country declaration, eligibility confirmation and the version of the enrollment policy you accept. Accounts are for adults 18 or older living in the United States or Canada.

When you play, we process and store your actions, generated narration, the model’s underlying replies, saved world state, journals and inventory. We also keep session, access, usage and diagnostic records to run the service, preserve progress, account for allowance and investigate problems. Relevant story context is sent to the AI service that generates narration. Do not put secrets or sensitive personal information into a player action.

Service providers and storage

Clerk handles account authentication. Netlify serves the site and processes contact forms; Cloudflare operates the application services; Supabase stores service data. AI service providers process the context needed to generate a response. Saved gameplay data is stored in the United States. Some account, billing and service-provider processing takes place in other regions.

Keeping and deleting information

Saved play and associated session, transcript and support records currently have no automatic deletion deadline. Ending a story does not erase these records. Deleting an ended adventure removes its saved gameplay state, but does not erase its associated session or transcript, account or access records. It is not an account-deletion request.

Contact hello@foreverlearning.ai to ask about access, correction or deletion of your information. We will review the records and any applicable retention obligations with you. Do not include passwords or private story text in an initial request.

Contact requests

Pass requests, title-availability requests and creative introductions use the contact details and information you submit so we can answer that request. A request does not subscribe you to a newsletter or immediately activate a pass. Forms use Netlify Forms when available; an email-app link lets you send a message directly. Keep sensitive material out of these forms.

Cookies and optional public-site analytics

Necessary account and security storage supports signing in and using the service. Your browser also remembers your privacy choice. Optional public-site analytics is off by default. If enabled and you allow it, it records a limited set of public marketing events through Google Analytics and its cookies. It does not receive form values, contact details, free text, player content, account identifiers or authenticated product activity.

Videos

Our trailers play from files hosted for Adventures. Video files load when you press Play. Playing a trailer does not connect to YouTube. If you choose a YouTube link, you leave Adventures and Google's privacy policy applies. Our hosting provider receives the request information needed to deliver the video, such as your IP address and browser details. Your analytics choice does not start a film.

Necessary hosting data

Hosting and security providers may process ordinary request information such as IP address, time, path, browser information and security signals to serve and protect the service.
